Being in public without a face mask:

• 1 000 som (private individuals)
• 5 000 som (legal entities)

Blackmailing, intimidating medical professionals or a police officer:

• 100 000 – 120 000 som or imprisonment up to 1.5 years
• 220 000 som or 2.5 years of imprisonment (private individuals)

Breaking quarantine or observation which results in spreading the virus to the masses:

• 80 000 – 100 000 som or 2 years of imprisonment (minors)
• 340 000 som (private individuals)

Defiance (disobedience) of police officers orders:

• 3 000 som (private individuals)
• 13 000 som (legal entities)

Being in public after 8 PM:

• 3 000 (private individuals)
• 13 000 som (legal entities)
• if you are not able to present identification you might be detained up to 3 days

Kyrgyzstan toughens penalties for state of emergency violation

Liability for offenses committed during introduction of emergency situation and state of emergency is being toughened in Kyrgyzstan. The Information Support Department of the Government Office reported. The First Deputy Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Kubatbek Boronov stressed at a meeting of the Republican Emergency Response Center that each Kyrgyzstani should understand responsibility to relatives and society.
